• Undertaking research and face to face consultation, to establish need for projects and broker relationships
• Drawing out ideas and building programmes of activity that are relevant to your ambitions, audiences and funders
• Providing accessible and inclusive solutions to attract audiences that do not currently engage with you
• Writing audience development and project plans for the Arts Council and other major funding bodies
• Completing funding applications for public and private funding bodies
